DWI roadblocks coming to Portsmouth

Elizabeth Dinan edinan@seacoastonline.com @DinanElizabeth PORTSMOUTH — Police will conduct two sobriety checkpoints this summer, Police Chief Robert Merner said Monday.The first roadblock, to screen drivers for impairment, will be held within the next two weeks, the chief said.
